2020 Trans Deaths

Our community is facing an epidemic of violent murders that has alarmingly increased in recent months. Now we passed a grim milestone. In the first seven months of 2020 alone, at least 28 trans people were murdered. That is more than the known trans people who were murdered in all of 2019.

This week, we will be sharing the stories of those we have lost to honor their memory and remind us what is at stake when #trans people face discrimination and inequity.
